Accordingly, Opus Finance considers that the quality of its employees is a competitive advantage. We therefore recruit talented consultants, endowed with a strong analytical skills.

Thanks to its training policy and its personalized human resources management, Opus Finance facilitates the progress of its consultants towards management posts or into becoming associates.

Human resources policy

Being a human-sized consulting firm, Opus Finance values the experience of its consultants and manages their individual career plans as well as keeps their knowledge up-to-date through specialized training programs.

The objective of the human resources policy is to motivate the consultants in giving continuously their best and to guarantee the reliability of our employees. To reach this objective, the firm assures a close follow-up of its consultants as well as their career plans based on the recognition of their competences.



Recruitment

The recruitment is an important step of our expansion policy.
The recruitment process aims to make sure that the conditions for a long-term collaboration, that mutually generates advantages, are met.
The recruitment process takes place in 3 phases, allowing the candidate to meet with other consultants of our firme, the sales department and finally an associate director.

Besides the level of training required, we are looking for candidates that are truely motivated to develop a dual competence, in business as well in IT, together with an appetite for working in a highly demanding environment. An international training course, which guarantees being at ease in a multicultural environment, is one of the important aspects.

Sought graduates :

- Engineers (common contests Mines, Centrale…) with a 3rd year specialization in finance or a double course engineering/finance.

-Graduates from leading business schools with specialization in financial markets (ESCP-EAP, Edhec, Sup of Co…) with finance option.

-Graduates from leading universities (Master II in the Sorbonne, Dauphine…) with specialization in financial markets or risk management.
