The organisational structure
The organisational structure of Opus Finance responds to two requirements :
- It clearly positions the consultant in terms of “knowledge” regarding to OPUS Finance and to its customers.
- It brings visibility in term of progression and adapts the annual objectives to the personal ambitions of each consultant.
In general, our consultant have for objectif :
>To bring to a succesful end the consultancy missions.
>To propose realistic recommendations with strong added value for either methodological improvements (in IT) or organisational improvement.
>To assist our customers in the development of their organisational strategy and in the installation of decision supporting tools.
In order to acquire the necessary experience to succeed their consultancy missions, we propose to those who join us a realistic and motivating “career plan”.
> Junior Consultant
First step in the career advancement. The junior consultant executes consultancy missions for our customers.
He participates in the business process analysis : what does exists, audit of the business process and officialising the customer requests, with for principal objective the development of his critical judgement and his capacity to qualifying problems.
Our consultants intervene on the entire project lifecycle: preliminary stages of positioning and arbitration (information system strategic plan, opportunity studies) until the organization of the deployments and the structural evolutions.
> Senior Consultant
The senior consultant is by definition autonomous in its mission.
He has showed on several occasions his autonomy, reliability and his know-how.
Expert in his functional field, he is able to have a transverse view of the business based on his successful experiences in various banking institutions.
> Manager
This function is reserved for a senior consultant who has :
- shown its aptitude for being responsible for several missions,
- been head of consultancy teams during their missions,
- confirmed his capacity to meet with customers requirements,
- taken part in the recruitment process of Opus Finances consultants.
The manager has a leading and supervising role at the heart of the company.
The capacity of a manager to represent the company, to develop new services and products, and to develop the customer relationships, will enable him to become in the long term an associate of Opus Finance.
>Associate
- Participates in defining the company strategie
- Carries out consultancy missions for our customers by implementing the best practices according to business.
The salary
The objective of Opus Finance is to have a fair and competitive remuneration system (compared to the market) in order to attract and to preserve its best competences.
The individualized way of remuneration, is adapted to the profile of each function (consultant, manager, senior manager, etc).
Career advancement
In addition to an attractive salary, the company takes care of the career management of its employees. It aims to assure the progress of each employee according to its ambitions and its potentials as well as according to needs of our company.
> A review after each mission
Regular reviews at the end of each mission allow to direct the career advancement of the consultant by drawing up intermediate assessments of its missions.
> Semi-annual review
Semi-annual reviews are organized with each employee in order to lay down his objectives and in order to let the employee express his wishes in career advancement and salary increase to its management.
> Annual review
During the annual reviews all the essential topics are discussed with our consultants in order to define together the short term and medium term objectives. Using powerful HR tools and by taking into account the best HR practices (identification of key competences, measure levels of business expertise, a 360 dégrees clashing consultant-management-customer interview!).
