The development of the consultants being at the heart of the Human Resources policy of Opus Finances, training is one of the main strategy axes of the cabinet.
In the field of professional training, the objectives of its employees and Opus Finance meet in the following ways :
- On the one hand, the consultant progresses and develops new skills that correspond to what the market requests.
- On the other hand, the motivation and the aptitudes of our consultants to ensure the development of the cabinet.
Our training programs go beyond the requirements imposed by the legal framework. Our objective is to provide to each employee tools which enable him to enrich his competences and to exploit its potentials.
Therefore our organization devotes more than 8% of its wage bill to personalized training programs defined according to our training plan framework, while taking into account the ambitions of our consultants.
The training catalogue is discussed during the reviews. This exchange takes into account the wishes of the consultant and the specific market requests.
The trainings
In order to meet the consultants needs regarding the understanding of the various tools in the fields of risk management and financial markets, external trainings are organized by Opus Finance.
The training programs relate to various competences that need to be acquired/developped in field of financial markets, risk management and financial engineering; technical skills, relational and functional for the junior and seniors consulants. Managerial and commercial skills for the managers and directors.

Through graduate training , given by the top ten European universities and institutes, Opus Finance allows a dynamic development. In each stage this development results in more autonomy and an increase in responsibilities.
These graduate trainings given by high level professionals make it possible to certify the acquirement of new competences and the expertise of our consultants.
In complement of the external trainings, team learning sessions are organized by Opus Finance to support sharing the acquired competences during missions between our consultants.
