Thanks to our motivated teams that are exclusively at the service of our customers and their projects we have the ambition to become the organizational and management consultancy firm in our field of specialization : financial markets and risk management.

Our ambition for our consultants is to make Opus Finance a structure within which they will be able to grow in the long run, to build their professional path and to become recognized actors in the following fields :

Sharing, a concrete value for the management of Opus Finance

>Knowledge developement

To attract, develop and to keep our best talents, we propose individualized and ambitious training programs supported by the best European training institutes (HEC, ESCP-EAP, ES…).  

Once the details of a individualized training program have been defined between Opus Finance and its consultant, Opus Finance takes charge of all the training costs. Naturally, during the training, the salary of the consultant is maintained.

We privilege specific trainings related to the development of new business expertise : Either “consultancy” trainings in order to allow our consultants to acquire the best practices in the field of advisory or more general trainings in order to develop new skills in the field of communication, management, and negotiation.

3 kinds of training are proposed :

- Prepartion for professionnal diplomas, CFA, PRIMIA...
- Masters and MBA Executives (HEC, ESCP-EAP, Science Po, Supelec, Centrale…)
- TEAM building sessions on precise topics: communication, negotiation, management…

>Knowledge sharing

The dynamic of Opus Finance rests not only in sharing experiences between our consultants that have been obtained during their missions but also by sharing knowledge obtained from the training courses.
This results in the development of TEAM building sessions and TEAM learning, in a didactic and contributing spirit.

Our implication in our profession also results in the training of the future banking executives. We intervene as part-time lecturers at the Dauphine university(level Master II) and at the ESC Rheims.

>Broadcasting our knowledge

To develop our competences within the framework of our company spirit, we encourage our consultants to take part in the writing on new consulting litterature in the fields of financial markets and risk management.
